The workshop will be led by Cait Hurley, Senior Product Manager for Orange, who will ensure you leave the day with a clear view of what Social Media is and how you should be applying it to your business.

Cait has been involved in Social Media since she began working for Virgin Net in 1996.  Her first internet job was looking after live chat rooms. Since then, Cait has created websites and managed social solutions on web and mobile for brands from Virgin Net, through Boots, Freeserve, Wanadoo and Orange.

Peter Linton, PR and Social Media Consultant with over 20 years' experience in the IT and consumer markets. His latest project was the development and launch of Twitter and Facebook presences for Logitech UK, quickly building solid follower base for this CE manufacturer.

He will be focusing on Twitter as a business development tool, including practical tips on engagement, growing a follower base, and demonstrations of key tools, including find and follow automated techniques.
